I need a lawyer to defend me to the NYS Office of Professional Discipline about my nursing licensure. What kind of attorney do I need?

Re: Licensure

An attorney that is experienced in malpractice would probably be reccomended although not necessary. We have represented nurses in such proceedings and would be more than capable of assisting you. This area of law is our specialty, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. You are welcome to contact us for a free consultation.
