Locked away files from the other %50 share holder
My wife is a partner of a quite new
concierge company and the other (both
have 50% share) partner locks away the
company files and puts a password on
one of the 2 company computer) which
the all the accounting is on); is this
legal for her to do, what path can we
take against this?

Depending on the partnership agreement there may be a number of avenues to pursue in this situation. If the partner continues refusal of disclosure, a court order may be necessary.
