Legal Question in Legal Ethics in New York
I would like to use the names of my current clients (not necessarily logos) in my marketing materials. My company sells data backup software. Do i need to get their express permission to do so?

Aside from legal considerations, unless you'd like them to become former clients it would be prudent to do so.
