Legal Question in Legal Ethics in New York

I'm I being worng by my attoney
I have a lawsuit from being rearend at 70mph at a complete stop.With neck, back and hip injuries.I had an attoney who was handling my case.But it was taking long that I claimed bankruptcy.The bankruptcy judge called us and wanted me to talk to a lawyer he know.I said ok ,he called I told everything that was going on.He than did a three way call with the other attoney.He told him that he was going to settle for $50,000.00. The lawyer from bankruptcy judge said no I get her alot more .I fire the one and the other took my case.He was let go from the firm without notifying me.When I called to talk to him I was than told.I was told that this lawyer was handling my case. Left a message for him was told to call back.When I did the one of the owners got on the phone and yelled at me to drop my worthless case.He wasn't going waste his money on my worhtless case. I was in shock .I have been wronged

You have a right to be properly represented. I would urge you to get to another lawyer quickly. Let him handle this brusk rude man.
