Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in New York
The courts input the wrong information into the computers and on my record causing me to loose my job. can i sue them?

Court Clerks are not immune for ministerial acts, which this sounds like. However, without knowing more about the facts, especially when this took place, I cannot tell if you would be sucessful in a law suit. Please feel free to contact me.
