Retina lazer caused blurred vision

Do I have reason to sue for malpractice? I can no longer see our of the eye that was lazered.

Maybe - your question cannot be answered yes or no with the limted information that you provided. We would have to obtain your medical records and get an opinion from a doctor. Feel free to contact me to discuss. There are certain statute of limitations to keep in mind (2 1/2 years for private doctor, 1 + 90 days for municipal hospital, which is probably not part of your case)
