Suicide attempt
In march of 2006 I was at a rtc in rochester which is like a girls home i was experiencing some mental health issues and i was engaging in self harm i asked repeatedly to go to a psych hospital because i felt like i was going to attempt to kill myself but they never listened and i tried to kill myself like a hour later after i ran awa.then i was found uncouncious on someones porch and i was taken to the e.r where they left me unattended in a catscan machine and i asperated,during my stay at the hospital the nurse failed to check my body cavity and i had a tampon on for 3 days i left the hospital with drop foot my physical therapist believes it is from laying in th same position for a long time while i was in a coma......then my DSS case worker called one of my past placements and told them, i was sick i feel like that violated some type of confidentialality do you think i can sue someone
