litigation process
i have a med mal wrongful death case and i am ready to settle the case i heard that the mediation process is speedy and not so time consuming i have discussed this with my attourney with no compromise what can i do to get the case settled as soon as possible, its been ready and passed 4 times please help i am the administrator of estate, with 2 step daughters

Both parties must agree to mediation, just like both parties must agree to a settlement.
I should not second guess your attorney. Sometimes mediation is beneficial since it is speedy and not so time consuming. However, sometimes mediation is harmful since you would have to lay your cards on the table without any commitment from the other side.
