You may have claim. However, in order to maintain a suit for medical practice you need a doctor to review your records and give an opinion as to whether your treatment was what other doctors would have rendered. I'd certainly be happy to talk you about this matter further. Please call me.

Its possible but hard to say without a full interview. Please feel to contact me and beware there are statutory deadlines that must be met of you can lose your claim, especially if a municipal hospital is involved.

According to Medical Specialists, the risk for serious complications (e.g., stroke, heart attack) from the procedure is approximately 1 in 1000. Other complications include the following: Allergic reaction to iodine-based dye; Bleeding at the insertion site; Damage to arteries; Infection at the insertion site; Kidney damage and/or kidney failure. Depending on your particular circumstances, infections are a known complication and, mostly likely, you had signed an "Informed Consent" prior to the procedure. You may still want to consult an attorney for more information and review of your medical records.
