Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

Bad foot surgery

my doctor did not perform the

surgery discussed in officr -he did

incomplee surgery - foot became

infected which led to need for

physical therapy -infection treated by

a different doctor.My insurance

rejected surgeons claim he did not

submit report on surgery proceedure.

What information di i need to file

suite against doctor

I would be happy to discuss this matter further. Please call me 2129725252. In order to start a malpractice lawsuit, you need to have an independent doctor review your records and state that the surgeon did something wrong and that you were further injured as a result.
