Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

Change a case back to the supreme court

My case was transferred to civil court by the supreme court judge due to wrong information he was given from my past attorney. I wasn't aware that my past attorney only settles cases and never went to trial. My past attorney was pressuring me to settle and I felt the amount was much too small. I feel the transfer to civil court was a mistake and due to untrue information the judge was given since there are major damages in my case which are much higher than the civil court maximum. I feel that a jury in civil court will start off with the preconception that the case is small and that is why I want to transfer back to Supreme Court. What can I do to transfer my case back?
