How would i go about making a complaint against doctors and nurses in a hospital?

I don't if you are referring to an act of malpractice or not. If you are, then a lawsuit may be appropriate. You can also report misconduct of doctors and nurses to the Office of Professional Discipline (for the nurse) and the OPMD for the doctor. See the website for the NYS Dept. of Health.
