How do I evict someone from my house, that does not contibute to the household, has no mail delivered, has no job

The only way to evict anybody from any premises where they have or had any right or permission to be in is by filing proper notices and a petition with the Housing Court. The papers you need to have prepared, filed and served depend on the specific type relationship you have with the tenant or licensee.
