Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

Hello-My wife had our son 2. 5 years ago. After the labor, they tour piece of my wife skin private part. We had sex after that and she mentioned it hurt her after sex. She went back to the doctor last year and the doctor took piece more skin out. Now when we have sex, it still hurts her and swells. These surgeries ruined our sexlife. Can I sue for this? Please let me know.

You have a problem. The statute of limitations for medical malpractice is 2.5 years. You need to meet with an attorney IMMEDIATELY to see what can be done.
