Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

Holistic medical malpractice

I am not sure if this is even medical malpractice because it involves a holistic doctor. I was drugged and sexually assaulted by a ''holistic doctor'' who was arrested for felony & misdeameanor sexual assault. How can I sue him to close his business (my main purpose) and also for malpractice? He also fraudulently used by credit card information to make purchases through PayPal. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Re: Holistic medical malpractice

This is not malpractice but pure assualt and theft. There is a 1 year statute of limitation for assualt (as is for all intentional acts).

If you would like to discuss this in confidence, feel free to contact me at the 845 area code number of 8782163 for a free consultation.

God Luck.

Re: Holistic medical malpractice

You were the victim of assault and battery, which has a 1-year statute of limitations. However, the statute does not begin to run until after the criminal prosecution ends if the prosecution was related to what the person did to you. If there was a conviction, the statute of limitations is extended for a longer period of time. Feel free to contact me to discuss your case. We have 10 offices in NY.
