I had HRT treatment for 12 years from

1984 to 1996. Have had breast cancer

twice, one in 1996 and another in

2002. Is there a statute of limitations?

Do I have a case?

Prempro and other HRT drugs are known to cause cancer. You may have a case, but I would have to speak with you about the timelines and your doctor visits to confirm this.
