Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York
i was injured 5 years ago and never treated correctly. since i have gone to a different doctor and have undergone 2 surgerys with a possible 3rd one coming. from never being treated correctly my leg is also crooked. is there any way i can sue the original doctor?

No you cannot. The statute of limitations is 2 1/2 years. There is however, an exception for continuous treatment.
