Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

Why can I not find a lawyer to

represent my case against a hospital

that did not honor my mothers

wishes for a DNR. They resuscitated

my mother and she lived alert and in

severe pain for 11 days. My sisters

and I suffered as well during this

process. What can be done? No one

seems to be willing to take on this

case.

It is b/c the damages aren't that great. If you want to go forward with this suit, I suggest that you enter into a retainer agreement and pay an attorney for their services.
