Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

What do I do their mistakes almost cost me my daughter.
This is going back2mths my 6yr old was sick4 over a month took her2her pediatrician they said it was just a ''cold'' then took her2the E.R they said viral infection and I requested a chest xray they said no all u mothers like2have unneccessary xrays done shes fine. So Long story short I kept taking her back2herDrs.Then finally her oxygen level got so bad they told me2bring her2anotherE.R. and wat i was told there was that if they would have prolonged it anymore she wouldve been dead and come to find out being shes asthmatic she had a bad weeze in her left lung and bronchitis in the other and she was going all that time without the proper oxygen to all major organs or her brains and the inhaler and ashma meds i been giving her was doing nothing because it wasnt4her age bracket it was4a child alot younger than her. Luckily there was no damage to her but this couldve been alot worse...I need help!
By the way Im from westchester county.

I'm in westchester county too. Since, your baby is alive and well, I would not pursue this matter

any further. Without significant damages you cannot maintain a lawsuit. If something had happened (heaven forbid), you might have had a case.

You may still want to bring a complaint with the dept of health.
