Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

my mom had a opreation and she had a hysterectomy and a hernia and a rexoplaspy she has a very bad urinary tract infection when the doctors where done. also she almost died during it they discharged her because her insurance went out on the hospital so she got home she pucked her guts up she had very bad emotional and physical pain. she is on a heart moniter, can i sue and do i hve a case?

You need to determine whether the infection was caused by a departure from accepted care. If so, and her damages where a proximate cause of the depature, you will have established a prima facie case of medical malpractice.
