Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

About seven months ago i was diagnosed with a miscarriage when i was not even aware of the "pregnancy" yet this whole time i was doubting that diagnosis and i felt like i could not trust the doctor that saw me. About two months ago it happened again only this time i went to a different doctor and they ran tests and it turns out it was not a miscarriage. The first doctor i saw obviously did something wrong. Do i have a potential law suit?
