Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

nursing home neglect

my father developed pressure sore very large and deep on buttocks. passed away about 1 month later. death cert. says this contributed to his death but not main cause. he developed bad infection. do i have a case? he was in nursing home when this developed and when he passed away.

These pressures sores are oft occuring in nursing homes, often due to neglect. They can be remarkably painful.
