Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York
can a patient sue a doctor for pain and suffering for telling a patient that they can't have surgery for 15 years (and was under that doctors care all that time) but in fact found out they could have surgery to correct the disability recently? (the doctor at first said the patient could have surgery after 3 years, then said no)
