Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York
personal injury seroquel
I just was hospital for two intestinal blockages, last September, and in November, and after the first one, my psychiatrist Dr. Nancy Cain who prescribed seroquel said that if I had another blockage, she would have to talk with me about stopping the seroquel. Well, I got out of the hospital after Thanksgiving, and I saw her in the office. She said that while the other doctors did not make the connection, that seroquel causes part of the small intestine to decrease in size, or something to that effect, and that seroquel was one of the causes of my blockage. Given the fact that Dr. McClintok, the resident who saw me in the hospital said that I will have this problem for the rest of my life, I thought that I had better try to hire an attorney who has experience with seroquel, and have my case evaluated. Thank you for your time and immediate attention.
Sincerely,
