Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York
Pro se med mal
If filed pro se med mal with both intent to go full blast alone, or to preserve stutes.
Then i got side swiped by life and was not able to even go to collect my papers, the judge said i needed a lawyer to state theclaims were true. The judge is a lawyer? Should he not know. In any casei left nyc and got very sick and for five months left this. The time cut off was april to sue. Can i still preserve from that date .?? And since then trauma hitting me left me more disabled and less mentaly able to take onmy own case. I had enough fight life in me five months ago to answer my own questions now im brain damaged and to slow and this was all part of the case. Im autistic now.. Because of medical activity that hit me in last five months..

Re: Pro se med mal
You should not do a medical malpractice case pro se. I would recommend calling up a law firm and making an appointment. It is way too complicated for you to proceed on your own.
