Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York
i told the dotocor i had pain in my hip,he told me it was due to sorness
i told my doctor i was in pain in my hip area from a mva on the job,he did a simple herena test and told me i was just sore,after 4 months of the pain i went to another doctor who finally sent me in the right direction.i was also cleared to return to full work dutys by the ime,and worked in pain for 6 months,needless to say i now had hip surgery.if the 1st doctor would have steered me in the right direction i probably could have avoided surgery alltogether! any help please?
