Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

I underwent a operation on my spine two years and nine months ago. I had a two level spinal fusion done on L4 L5 and S1... With a discectomy lamonectomy and disc decompression throughout the rest of my lumbar. I have been in as much pain if not more since my operation and am now on disability and had my first MRI done since before my operation. I was told that the results of the MRI show that the Doctor/s removed the natural curve of my spine with the titanium screws and push my spine forward pinching the nerve and now it is in trapped inside of my fusion area and I am beyond upset by this news please advise..... It is a case of medical negligence for which you surely are entittled to compensation. At the same time you have to consider the medical remedy if natural curve could be re-instated.
