Legal Question in Military Law in New York
Army Discharge DD 214
My sister-in-law's father received a general discharge under honorable conditions in 1954. He has since passed away.
Question 1) She wanted to know why he got a General Discharge; how could we go about finding out?
Question 2) Under remarks on the same DD 214 referenced above there is a statement I do not under stand, please explain: ''20 days lost under Sec. 6 (a) App 2 (b) MCM 1951''.
