what are the consequences if someone who has been sworn in to the reserves changes their minds and does not report to basic training?

Withdrawing from the reserves may affect your ability to enter the military at a later time. You should, however, submit a formal request stating why the military should release you from your obligation. I recently helped an individual with a similar request. Contact me if you need help.
