Legal Question in Military Law in New York
Oth discharge
I was recently recieved an OTH discharge from the USMC. I was wondering if I can get help to upgrade the discharge. I served many honorable years in the Marines and was only a few months away from my EAS before they discharged me. Can anyone help?
