Legal Question in Military Law in New York
I am given Uncharactrize discharge due to Medical Reason. I want to apply for US Citizenship. Will this discharge goin to affect my case? I want to apply under Section 329 and i fulfill all other conditions. So i will appreciate your valueable answers.
