Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York
I was in an accident. Those guys were working with those fat cables, and the head guy yelled for them to stop, and instead they pulled it up, and I went flying in the air and bounced on the pavement several times. My skin came off my knees, all bloody, still not healed. I had to spend all night in the hospital.
The guy who owns the company said he'd reimburse me for my expenses, and when I finally submitted those to him, he now says it's too much and he doesn't think it's legit. I did not inflate anything; now I don't know what to do, as it's less than $3,000.00, but I need laser treatments, and he thinks I'm lying.
