airbags never deploited in a roll over accident

2 months ago i was in a roll over accident with boyfriend, none front or side airbags ever deploited, Boyfriend now has severe back pain they found bulding disks. Is this something to complain to the dealer. Plus im still making payments on car. The car was considered total. even though i fully insured my car. Thank you for you attention to my question.

There can be any number of reasons why the airbags did not deploy, depending on the points of contact, the force and the reason for why the vehicle rolled-over. You might want to speak to the mechanic/autobody shop the vehicle was taken to before approaching the dealer. As for the injuries to your boyfriend, and the apparent failure of the insurance company to afford full coverage for the balance of the outstanding loan, I would encourage you to contact this office to discuss what rights and/or remedies may be available. In the event your boyfriend intends to pursue a claim, if the vehicle has not already been disposed of, you should not do so until an expert examines it.
