Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York
Attorney does not want to hire expert witnesses I need. He explains this to me that he does not want to spend the money on expert witnesses. Is he under a legal obligation to hire the witnesses. It is a contingency fee cases and he would only gets reimbursed for the experts at the end of the case.
