I was recently in a car accident what are the proper procedings?

I received your message on 9-1-2000. First, notify the insurance company of the car that you were in to get No-Fault benefits.

Next, notify the insurance company of the other car(s) for a potnetial suit.

Thirdly, get an attorney as these matters are not always best handled by the lay person.
