broken arm

i was drunk and fell down the stairs in a restaurant. the stairs are dark and steep. this caused me a broken arm and treatment for over a year. can i sue the restaurant?

Yes you can sue but your award will be reduced by your contribution to the accident. Being drunk may be a problem of course there is the counter argument that they should have stopped serving you.

You should seek the advice of a good Personal injury lawyer. If the case is not a real winner, it may not be worth your time.
