One of the biggest problems facing people involved in any kind of accident is the inability of their attorneys to communicate with them in a timely and sufficient manner. NY is a no-fault state, which means that the insurance company for the vehicle you were a passenger in is responsible to pay for your medical treatment, lost wages, and other out of pocket expenses (provided the no-fault application was filed timely). In addition, to be successful your attorney will need to show that you suffered a serious injury as required by the insurance law. Just getting chiropractic and physical therapy treatment alone will NOT suffice. Your attorney should know this and be on top of this!! MRI's are essential in demonstrating what your injuries are and, if you have not done so already, it is imperative that you get them done ASAP. An experienced attorney should be able to help you with this. For an ABSOLUTELY FREE consultation please call me at 347-702-4133 or email me at [email protected]. It is not too late to save your case by getting a competent and experienced attorney on your side. Please contact me as soon as possible.

NY no fault law requires a serious injury to collect for pain and suffering. It does not appear you qualify.
