Who is responsible for the fee for a conference/deposition booked and then canceled by the attorney?

Absent unusual circumstances, if the EBT was confirmed, and then busts, the party responsible for the bust must pay for the Court reporter's time.

The party who ordered the reporter is responsible. The defaulting party, as a courtesy, should reimburse.
