Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

Cyber Settlement

In 2003 hurt back on the job. Had major back surgery. Hired attorney. Firm has lots of turnover. An assistant initiated a cyber settlement inquiry and lowballed the amount we anticipated. Senior partner caught it and terminated him. Could this reduce the final monetary outcome?
