If my daughter has been diagnosed with post traumatic syndrome from the abuse she received from my ex boyfriend can I sue him. As the mother I was not aware of the abuse as he Threaten to kill her if she ever told me and it went on for four years. She in now hospitalized and being treated for PTSD
