my daughter
my daughter had her hair caught on fire by a kid in school she had real long hair and had to get at least 8 inches off she also burned her right shoulder blade where she will have a scare. what would your sugestion for me to do? The boy is 14

Depending on the particular sircamstances of your case, there might be claims against the school and/or the boy (or his parents).
You might want to consult a lawyer regarding this issue.

IF this happened at school you very well may have a potential suit against the school...
You may also have a suit against the childs parents, if that is even worth pursuing is another question.
However, if you are considering suing the school you MUST do so ASAP as there are very limited statutes of limtiations in such cases many times...
