picking her up and bring her to to me he decide to hang out with Roseanne panico then I was going to one to my other friends house after about 3 month of not talk to either one of them he was inside of his car then I pull up I and tray to talk to him he in steed angel Acevedo started to yell he was looking like he wanted to start a fight I still wanted to talk to him about my girl friend and then he started to run towards my car i sad what are you doing then I jump out of my car then he swim a punch a my head then flip him over my shoulder that happen in the street the his mother sat we will get him in a defend way next about 20 minutes latter got lock up for a assault 2 for biting in the face I did not dot do that where I was at the (first pct) in Babylon angel mother call the pct 3 time to try to get me lock p then she came down there to try to get me lock up this he lie on police report and said I bit him in the face but that�s not true he also stead on a police report that I was on his property but I was in the street where this all happen that�s not true I will put my hand on bible and state in black and white that. Latter on he went around with a Picher to ever one I knew a sad look whit did that�s he went out of his way to try to make all of my friends and family and my girl friend�s family that I did that to that�s what I mean about poor angel he tray to make people feel sorry for him and belive th things that are not true at I did that to him that�s was a lie that�s not my style it was around Halloween his mother has all of these gadgets you know like thou teeth that you wind up I saw it in his ones before when I was friends with angel that�s way I was never charged with assault 2 because it never that happened he is Stuart Cohen, Evelyn Cohen put angel Acevedo to make the false police report ?ok about 3 weeks after I was arrested Angel Acevedo contacted Dave obash who is Roseanne panico good friend who lives� on east 5th in deer park a little wile after Angel Acevedo contacted Dave obash he asked if he would lie for him Dave sand state that he was there and saw the fight between Christopher and Angel Acevedo and Dave obash sad no way! a little while after he ask Dave obash Dave over hearing Angel Acevedo asking Eddie stuminch to lie and state that where there when the fight happen and state you saw everything what I stated on the police report a little wile after this happen Dave obash contacted Christopher commins told me

‎ PS I need your help because the Suffolk county 1sth present is no help because thay have not arrested Angel Acevedo the reason is because

the assault 2 charge was dismissed can you please help me !!! Thank you

can i sue them in a civil suit

When an assault takes place you potentially have an action not only criminally but on the civil level.
