When a person is bitten by a dog you may be able to recover under strict liability. Strict liability will rest on whether the dog's owner knew, or had reason to know about the dog's vicious propensities. Our office has successfully handled many dog bite cases. You should contact an attorney you can assist you with this matter promptly.

Our office wishes you the best of luck.
