You need to file a police report.

First, file a police report. This will help identify who was involved and to what extent. If they have a sample of the water and do a toxicology report that will help confirm there was poison in there. You will also need to have this report if you wish to file a civil lawsuit against the people involved if you sustained any injuries as a result of the poisoning. If they are convicted then you can use the conviction, together with the toxicology report in your civil suit. Keep a record and/or receipts of any out-of-pocket expenses you incur and get copies of all medical records if you received any treatment.
