Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York
What happens if someone else drives my car and gets into an accident that damages another vehicle, personal property or results in fatalities in my car or outside of the car? Am I liable for any of this?

in NY the owner and the driver of the vehicle is liable. If anything happens, then contact your insurance company right away.
You are liable if your vehicle was driven with your consent, express or implied. Contact your insurance company immediately and notify them of your predicament.
Presuming the driver had your consent, your vehicle's policy will be the first to apply. Contact your broker/carrier immediately and report the accident details. Best, M. E. Zuller
If your insurance coverage will be insufficient, also retain a private lawyer, as your interests are different from your carrier.
