You very likely should be able to recoup your medical bills. Beyond that depends on various other circumstances involved with your fall. This area of law is our specialty, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. You are welcome to contact us for a free consultation.

While you may have a case, the damages are slight and probably not worth it for a lawyer to bring a suit. See if you can negotiate it out with the Marriott itself. Provide doctor's bills and follow ups.
Good luck

The issue of whether you have grounds to file suit depend on the facts and circumstances of the fall. Specifically, what caused you to fall. Was there a defect at that location? In addition, the severity of the injury must be determined. My firm handles these types of cases and I would be happy to speak with you further about the particulars of your situation and discuss your options. Please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience.
