Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York
From a fall while i was 5 months pregnant,i had the baby one month after premature birth.the baby was born with cp and a lot of complications. what should i do?

All medical records, those of mother and child, would undergo a comprehensive review by a doctor, with an eye toward determining whether your fall and the child's medical condition are connected.
