Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

No Fault IME

How effective is an non favoritable IME to a No Fault claim. I had 3 IME. One was in my favor, the other two no that in my favor. The two doctors but false information to make it appear I am alright. Can I dipte this? Can my No Fault case close because of this?

Insurance companies use IME's to both evaluate and

limit their exposure in no-fault claims. If your injuries are not permanent, yes you can ultimately

lose no-fault coverage as a result of unfavorable IME's but as to one, I couldn't tell you without more info.
