no fault insurance
i was sticking out of driveway and a car drove by and damaged side of his car am i liable and who's insurnance do they claim and will mine go up

This has nothing to do with No Fault. No Fault is for medical payments. I would suggest that you put your insurance company on notice. It appears that you both may be at fault but if you fail to let your carrier know, they may disclaim for late notice.

If you were a proximate cause of the accident you could be held at least partially responsbile, let your insurance carrier know about the claim immediately.
