Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

fell off a horse 8 years ago
hi i fell off a horse 8 years ago when i was sixteen.i fieled a lawsuiet then and setteled out of court when i was 18.not really knowing what i did till now.i have a broken clavical,bersities,compleatly torn rottary cuff.i setteled for five thousand dollers.the attorney i had told me that was the most i could get since i never had the surgery done.the resone why was i had the risk of losing the use of my arm also i was a minor.know that i am 24 i have problems with the use of my arm just reacently i fell in a driveway and messed my arm up more i am going in for the surgery next week since i was told is will help me a little better but i feel i can sue the group home that was responsiable for the orginal injury and the people who own the proberty i fell on.i feel 5grand was not enough for my pain and suffering that i am out of work and not making any money to pay my bills plz help me infiguring out what i can do

Equestrian cases are difficult in any event. But the settlement renders the case over and done with.
